Starting on January 1st, 2020, the Story Room will no longer be available as a reservation space and all Room Requests for dates starting in January 2020 will need to be submitted no more than 3 months in advance. Our Community Room is a great place for groups to meet. We have capacity for 52 people and have plenty of chairs and folding tables for all. We also provide a kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and sink) and audiovisual equipment (projector, laptop, DVD player, document camera, and sound system). For more information about our audiovisual equipment, please contact our Director, Travis Olivera, at email@example.com before your meeting.
There is no charge for using the Community Room but donations are always appreciated.
Library staff will review this application and contact you regarding a determination as soon as possible.
In an effort to help maintain library spaces and amenities and to provide statistics we are required to report annually, we ask groups to complete and return a Room Use Checklist each time they use the room.
